Can I specify that I would like only "never used" merchandise?

Since we only purchase our china, crystal, flatware and collectibles directly from the manufacturers, all of our merchandise has never been used. Please be assured that whether your item is active or discontinued, your item is brand new and has never been used.

Do you purchase pieces that I wish to sell?

No. We only purchase china, crystal, flatware and collectibles directly from the various manufacturers.

I am interested in obtaining the value of my tableware. Do you provide appraisals?

No. We regret that we cannot provide you with an appraisal as to the value of your tableware.
